Every drill is designed to sharpen your neuromuscular system, elevate your energy output, and help you compete with more power, precision, and confidence.

A structured plyometric program you can follow from anywhere — with guided progressions, video demonstrations, and performance-focused sequencing.

Can I do this training at home?

Yes you can do all this training at home. Some moves may require some creativity, however as long as you can elevate specific movements, and have space you can complete all these work outs from your home.

Who is this training for?

Xpand training is designed for athletes of all levels who want to increase power, explosiveness, and mental resilience. Whether you're a youth athlete, seasoned competitor, or coach, there's something here to elevate your game.

Do I need equipment for your programs?

Most workouts use just your bodyweight, but having resistance bands, a plyo box, or small weights can help take it to the next level. All exercises come with modifications.

Can I train with you 1-on-1?

Yes! I offer personalized coaching both in-person and virtually. We'll focus on your goals — whether it’s strength, speed, confidence, or recovery. Head to the coaching section to book a consult.

Do you work with teams or clubs?

Absolutely. I lead workshops, team sessions, and clinics for coaches and athletes in all sports — including volleyball, basketball, hockey, track & field, and any other sport that requires grit, decision making and movement.
