Nicole Bileski is a Mindset, Energy & Human Performance Coach who specializes in helping athletes and everyday humans build intention, clarity, and energy-driven confidence.

With over two decades of real-world experience as an educator, coach, and athlete mentor, Nicole blends movement, mindset, emotional regulation, and high-energy leadership into a practical approach that people can actually feel.

For nearly twenty years, she has worked with athletes across every sport and age — seeing them for who they are, meeting them exactly where they’re at, and helping them build the strength, confidence, and resilience to become unstoppable powerhouses.

More recently, she has expanded her work into competitive hockey, supporting U13, U15 and U18 players with fast-twitch development, intention-setting, emotional reset strategies, and the mental skills needed to perform under pressure.

But Nicole’s work reaches far beyond the rink.

Parents, educators, and everyday high-achievers turn to her for support with mindset, stress regulation, energy management, identity rebuilding, and personal growth — the human side of performance that so many people struggle to navigate.

Her coaching style is rooted in presence, intuition, and lived experience — not scripts, theories, or one-size-fits-all programs. She helps people grow from the inside out.
